Elon’s at it again:

Elon Musk's America PAC has reportedly spent more than $180,000 in about a week promoting VoteSafe.org. It's a website designed to look like Vote.org, the nonpartisan nonprofit that has helped people register for years. Reporting shows it collects visitors' personal information, and its updated privacy policy lets America PAC sell that data to "business partners."

Side by side comparison of the 'register to vote page' of Musk's scam site and nonprofit Vote.org

That's what deep pockets can buy: slick ads that point voters to a site they might never question.

I don't have that kind of money, and I don't want it. My campaign isn't funded by corporate PACs or dark money. It's funded by people like you. That's how I know this campaign answers to the people I'm fighting for.

Election Day is days away. Every contribution helps us reach voters with accurate information, tell neighbors who's actually behind these tactics, and stay in this fight to the end.

And if you or someone you know needs to register or check their status, please use Vote.gov or Vote.org directly.

Yours in the fight,

Jim
