Today, I'm excited to share my official campaign launch video with you.

In the richest country in the world, our top issues of hunger, housing insecurity, and unaffordable health care are all political choices. That means they're optional. Republicans in Congress have opted to have everyday Americans struggle so they can cut their billionaire buddies more massive tax breaks.

From forcing families to choose between groceries and making rent, to allowing masked agents to terrorize people on the streets — this is not the America I know.

The America I know and love and work to protect is compassionate, it provides opportunity, and it knows that our moral leadership is our strength. To me, this stuff is common sense, and with the right people working in Congress on these issues together and for the hard-working people in this country, I believe we can get these goals accomplished. Will you chip in $13 to help us start this re-election campaign strong?
