The clowns are running the circus

Far-right Republican officials are working overtime all over the country to do anything and everything except help the American people.

For example, MAGA Republicans have spent a good portion of last week complaining about the Senate dress code. Apparently, they can't bear to think that laws might be written by folks not wearing blazers.

When they aren't policing the dress code, the radical right culture warriors are combing through children's books looking for conspiracy theories.

They don't seem to care if kids go hungry, but they'll work round the clock to make sure no student can read about gender, race, or LGBTQ+ folks.

Ultimately, MAGA Republicans are masters at seeing things that aren't there. That's why they've launched several "investigations," desperately seeking evidence... that would justify an investigation.

And if that doesn't work, they're fine trotting out the same tired old lies. Even after a summer of floods, fires, hurricanes, and heat waves, they're trying to reheat and serve this spoiled leftover:

Like I said, anything they can do besides help the American people.

Working Americans need a government that works for them. These extremists aren't up to the job.

The clowns are running the circus. It's time to put a stop to it. Can you chip in now and join the movement to put Democrats back in charge so Congress can actually do its job?
