The GOP's hunger games

This is a new low, even for the GOP.

Kevin McCarthy's latest proposal in the debt ceiling negotiations is to kick vulnerable older Americans off of SNAP.

He's using hunger as a bargaining chip.

These right-wing extremists are more concerned with playing political games and pushing their hateful agenda than actually helping Americans. And let's not forget, their proposal won't do squat for the national debt. They'd rather give their rich buddies tax breaks and point the finger at the hungry.

But we won't take this lying down. We'll fight like hell against this garbage policy. So chip in now and help us kick these monsters out of Congress!

Kevin McCarthy's sorry excuse for a proposal is inhumane and cruel. Millions of Americans rely on SNAP just to put food on the table, but apparently, that's not a priority for these heartless politicians. Cutting these benefits is beyond disgusting.

This is just another reminder of how little the GOP cares about the struggles of everyday Americans. We need to kick them out and bring some compassion and common sense back to the halls of Congress.

Ending hunger should be a priority, not a bargaining chip.
