Congressional Republicans are in chaos.

Despite all of the predictions and polls, there was no Republican "red wave" in November. Republicans eked out a razor-thin majority in the House, but as we've seen, they can't even unite long enough to choose a Speaker of the House.

On the first day Democrats gained the majority in 2019, we passed historic bills to unrig the rules of the people's house and stop Donald Trump's government shutdown.

And on their first day (and second, and third, and fourth) with the majority, Republicans argued for a few hours, ended up agreeing on even less than when they started, then passed a motion to adjourn.

Republican leadership is weak. The infighting has only worsened since election night. (Who could've known that welcoming conspiracy theorists, liars, and insurrectionists into your party would come back to bite you??).

Democrats have been fully united behind our leaders because we are there to put people over politics. Because it isn't about me or any Democrat, it never has been. It's about improving the lives of Americans. Will you join in and donate $4?

Through the inevitable disarray, one thing that won't change is my commitment to creating a more equal and just America. You can count on me to lead the resistance against the cruelty and greed of the GOP.

In Congress, I'll be focused on defending your Social Security and Medicare, holding greedy corporations accountable and lowering costs for working families, investing in clean energy, protecting reproductive rights, and ending hunger. This year, I promise to continue being a leader who gives a damn and who fights to ensure everyone gets a fair shot.

We have a lot of work to do, and we can't do it alone. It's going to take all of us coming together, again and again, united, fighting for justice. So I am asking, will you give $4 and join me in the resistance?
