This is about more than just an opponent
We talk a lot about what it's going to take to stop the MAGA Republican agenda. And make no mistake: we have to defeat it. It's cruel, bigoted, ignorant, divisive, and threatens our democracy more every day.
At the same time, we can't lose sight of our progressive vision for America. Our fight isn't just to stop the radical right from tearing us apart; it's to create a compassionate, just, safe, and equitable future for our kids and grandkids.
We have exactly 100 days to do everything we can to build that future.
Please chip in before our midnight deadline to elect the Congress that will make it happen.
I'm betting that, like me, you're part of this movement not because of what we're against, but what we're for. Organizing a campaign, recruiting people to a cause, and winning has to be about more.
... about equal rights for all Americans. Nothing taken away from anyone because of hate, belief, or history.
... about a planet not just for us, but for our children, and our children's children. Climate change is a terrifying threat, one we must positively address immediately.
... about ensuring the right to an abortion regardless of where you live in the United States, not sending us back into darker times where women and anyone facing pregnancy couldn't make their own medical decisions.
We have a lot to do, that's for sure. But these are just some of the things we can accomplish if we expand our Democratic majorities in November.
Let's do this together. Let's take a big, progressive step forward.
