This is not the end.

It happened. In April, the leaked opinion created fear and anger among Americans. The Trump-packed Supreme Court has released its final ruling, officially overturning Roe v. Wade.

Millions of women across the country are now without access to essential abortion health care because of state Republican trigger laws and religious zealots. This is devastating news.

I promise to stay in this fight – but I can't do it alone. I am going to need every single one of you to help. Will you join this pro-choice movement and donate $3 today?

This isn't a "we'll settle this next time" moment. It's not a "maybe we weren't clear" moment, either. And it's definitely not a "we give up" moment.

It's a "lives hang in the balance" moment.

A "there's no excuse for obstructing human rights" moment.

A "never stop fighting for what's right" moment.

The vast majority of Americans support the right to choose, and we will fight to guarantee abortion access across all 50 states.

I helped pass the Women's Health Protection Act in the House, which would have protected abortion access in all 50 states. Unfortunately, Senate Republicans – and one Democrat – blocked it.

Now, because of those Senators, millions of Americans no longer have a right to privacy and bodily autonomy, and nowhere to appeal.

That's why these midterm elections are so critical. It's not enough to have a Democratic majority this Fall. We need a pro-choice majority to protect Americans' right to bodily autonomy and abortion health care.

Will you chip in $3 to help defend and expand a pro-choice majority in Congress?

It will take all of us, but I am confident we can win this fight. In fact, we have to.
