Ginned up outrage is the oldest trick in the GOP playbook, and their hateful rhetoric is no joke.
We see it in school board meetings with critical race theory, where people shout down common sense and demonize educators for simply doing their jobs.
We see it in the bigoted laws passing in places like Texas, where extremists essentially want to make it a crime to be the parent of a transgender child.
And we saw it in the lies and deadly results when Trump and his loyalists tried to overthrow our presidential election.
Want to know just one of the reasons why I'm running again? Because I've had enough.
We have so many pressing issues... and this is the agenda coming from the other side? Hate, lies, and spun-up outrage that often targets traditionally-marginalized communities? America deserves so much better.
