Have you heard this dangerous right-wing rhetoric?
Congressional Republicans are at it again—pushing more of their dangerous right-wing rhetoric. This time, it's Senator Rick Scott (Fla.) and the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC). They've come up with a Republican legislative agenda for "when" they have the majority in Congress.
That's right, they said, when, not if. Republicans are confident they're going to win big in November.
And you won't be surprised when I tell you: Their agenda is pretty scary stuff.
We'll keep fighting to make sure that doesn't happen. But we need help from supporters like you. Donate now to defend and expand our majority.
We all know what happened the last time these right-wing fanatics had the majority. This new legislative agenda is the same. It's filled with dangerous fascist rhetoric.
The plan preys on our most vulnerable communities with items such as national voter ID laws, restrictions on reproductive rights, and raising taxes on low-income Americans.
It plays into the culture wars by suggesting we ban students from learning any version of history that doesn't paint America in a favorable light. And it makes sweeping discriminatory, racist, and homophobic statements that take aim at countless Americans.
This is serious. Our democracy is under attack by right-wing fanatics like Rick Scott and his Republican allies.
We all must do everything in our power to fight and win in the midterms. Will you donate?
