Texas is winnable

We need to look down the ballot to candidates that can flip districts from Red to Blue – it's the only way we'll ensure an end to the Trump era horrors, no matter what happens on November 3. That's why I would like to turn your attention to Texas' 17th Congressional District, where I'm supporting Rick Kennedy.

Rick is running in an open seat – and things are heating up. But Rick is the right choice. A software engineer by trade, he's logical, solution-oriented, and effective. Most importantly, he's is committed to combating climate change, ensuring all Americans have access to high-quality healthcare, and putting a stop to the divisive and obstructionist politics that plague Washington.

Rick Kennedy for Congress

With just one week to go, can you chip in now and help Rick make it to the finish line?

Texas is winnable. No, that's not a typo. Since 2016, more than 1.5 million new voters have registered in Texas. In the 2018 Midterms, Democrats flipped 12 Texas legislative seats. This year in Texas, Vice President Biden trails President Trump by only three percentage points, and MJ Hegar is within striking distance of John Cornyn in the race for the Senate.

Supporting Rick's campaign will bring energy to Democrats up and down the ballot – especially in critical states like Texas. We need to empower young people, people of color, and suburban voters to turn out like never before. We need to get the word out about Rick, and we need your help to do it.

Small-dollar donors are changing the political landscape. With your help, we can help Rick get the word out about his campaign, and close the deal in November. Make a contribution to Rick's campaign right now.

Thank you for your continued passion and engagement.
