Trump's Supreme Court pick
It's been a rough few days. Hell, it's been a rough few years.
And our worst suspicions were reaffirmed when we heard Trump's pick for the Supreme Court: Brett Kavanaugh.
Trump and his sickening agenda just got another rubber stamp. We've already lost ground in the past few weeks, even with Justice Kennedy still there – Trump's awful Muslim ban upheld, union protections decimated, and reproductive rights under attack.
But we're not finished yet: Kavanaugh is not on the bench yet, and we're going to fight this confirmation tooth and nail. We have to draw a line in the sand, and I refuse to stand by and watch another crony peddle Trump's brand of hatred and bigotry, this time with a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court.
The only way left to stop Trump's nominee (and our last chance at a check on Trump himself) is to take back Congress this November. And we can't do it alone.
The fight's just beginning.
