Please join me in supporting the Food Bank of Western MA

On November 20 and 21, I will participate – once again – in Monte's March VIII to raise awareness about hunger and raise funds for The Food Bank of Western MA.

My heart aches over the fact that 42 million Americans are hungry. And there are many people in Massachusetts who have no idea where their next meal will come from.

Congress needs to do more. The average SNAP benefit is only $1.40 per person per meal! But, sadly, House Republicans have passed a budget that would cut SNAP by $160 billion!

We need to fight back; that's why I'm marching with Monte. Please join me in supporting the Food Bank of Western MA. Together, we can build the movement to end hunger in Massachusetts.
