The Paris Climate Agreement

We know that climate change is real. The scientific community has overwhelmingly verified that it is real. The international community is in agreement that it is real and that we must take action now to protect our planet.

But Donald Trump is in denial. His announcement that he is unilaterally withdrawing the United States from the Paris Climate Agreement sabotages the greatest step we have taken to curb fossil fuel emissions. He doesn't believe that we have a responsibility to our children and future generations to combat climate change.

Trump's not offering any solutions, only denial. We have to do better.

The United States should be leading the way in reducing fossil fuel emissions. Building the clean energy economy of the future will create jobs while reducing the dangers of rising sea levels, extreme weather, and toxic pollution in our air and water. That's what I'm fighting for in Congress.

We have to act now: Demand action from Trump on climate change!
